> We've been building and renovating homes around Gisborne since 2016, starting out with a ute and a small crew and growing from there. These days we're mostly renovations and decks, but we still take on the odd new build when the timing's right.

Based in 14 Customhouse Street, Gisborne.

## What we do

- **Renovations and extensions** — Kitchens, bathrooms, second storeys, and everything in between
- **New builds** — From bare section to code of compliance, working alongside our regular designer
- **Decks and pergolas** — Treated pine and hardwood, built to handle the coastal weather
- **Repiles and reroofs** — Common enough around here given the age of the housing stock
- **Weathertightness repairs** — Recladding and remedial work for leaky homes
- **Insurance and earthquake repair** — We work directly with most insurers on scope and payment

## About

Based in central Gisborne, we work right across the district including Wainui Beach, Okitu, Whataupoko, Kaiti, Mangapapa and out to Ormond and Manutuke. We'll also travel further out to Wairoa or up the coast for the right job, though travel time gets factored into the quote.

- **Licensed Building Practitioner** Carpentry, LBP number 112938
- **Master Builders member** Gisborne-Tairawhiti branch since 2017
- **Public liability insurance** $2 million cover, certificate available on request
